General Policies
for Ministry from the Passion and Fire Leadership Team
***Please read this carefully
before filling out the Ministry
Request Form.
It is a primary goal of Passion
and Fire Worship Center to serve the Body of Christ in
the most fruitful way possible. Because we receive
ministry requests, we have developed the following general
parameters for the requests that we are likely to accept:
Note: We will accept requests for ministry that do not
fall within these parameters, but only with the clear leading
from the Lord.
1. We ask that all who are
requesting ministry from members of our team would fill out a
Ministry
Request Form. This
form supplies us with the vital information so that we can
consider the request for team members to minister at your
conference or special event.
2. It is the policy of Passion
and Fire Worship Center that all members go out in teams
of two or more.
3. Because one of our basic
goals is to help to stimulate the Body of Christ, we ask that
meetings include an emphasis that is geared toward a regional
vision to those from various congregations or backgrounds.
4. We view a devotion to
prayer by the inviting group, with a commitment to prayer
covering before, during and after our ministry, as essential for
lasting fruit and protection of our team members.
5. Because we are "exhorted
to know those who labor among you, " we do like to
know, and feel that we can work well with other invited speakers
and ministries.
6. We give the highest
priority to invitations from those with whom we have developed a
relationship or who are strongly recommended by someone whom we
know and respect.
7. Because we do not want
to plant seeds that will not be watered, we will give the
highest priority to meetings where there is a good plan for
following up after our ministry.
8. We request comfortable,
peaceful accommodations for our traveling team members in a
motel/hotel with a clean, family environment. We request
non-smoking rooms, preferably as far away as possible from any
bar, club or other source of noise.
9. We request that a book
table be made available for materials in a high traffic area of
the meeting. We prefer to have someone staff this table
who is outgoing and knowledgeable of the products and an
interest in the visiting ministry. In some cases we may
staff the table with a member from our ministry staff as it is a
good way to have more interchange with and learn more about the
local community.
10. The only financial
commitment we require is for the payment of our travel
expenses, and that accommodations, meals, local travel, etc be
paid by our hosts. We do not require a specific
honorarium. We believe all ministry is a partnership of
faith between our team members and the hosting group. We
do ask however that love offerings would be given to our
team members for their ministry during your special event.
We believe that the laborer is worthy of his wages and that he
who plows is the first to receive from the harvest, (Luke 10:7).
By planting into our team members ministry you will be receiving
from the Lord and being blessed in return. Our expenses
for travel are generally as follows:
A. For teams traveling by airlines, unless otherwise
specified by our hosts, we seek the lowest coach fares for
guaranteed seats and that reimbursement is made to Passion and
Fire prior to the scheduled meetings.
B. For travel expenses by automobile, we ask that fuel,
meals, etc would be reimbursed by our hosts to the guests.
C. For local meetings in the surrounding
Cincinnati/Tri-State region, we request a mileage reimbursement
at the current mileage expense rate, currently @ $.34 per mile.
Thank you for your interest
in our ministry.
