David and Donna Kelly are the founding Pastors of Passion and Fire Worship Center.   Together they have spent many years imparting a heart for Worship, Renewal, Revival Fire the Filling of the Holy Spirit, and Salvations, to the Body of Christ.

While facilitating a group of young people in 1993, the Lord dramatically touched their lives through renewal and the fresh outpouring of the Holy Spirit.  The power of the Lord broke out amongst this group as they continued in worship and intercession.  Many nights of waiting on God's Presence was the atmosphere where the Lord began to birth them into their purposes in the Lord.  Dave and Donna Kelly were powerfully touched through the ministry of Pastor Rodney Howard Browne and Randy Clark and The Toronto Blessing.  It was a surprise to both of them that God was calling them to be pastors and plant a church in the Northern area of the Cincinnati area.  The joy of the Lord broke out with radical transformations and assignments for the group of young people who began with Dave and Donna.  Now those same young people are scattered like seeds throughout the nation.  Most are involved at some time in full-time ministry or are on the mission field.  The Lord continues to "break-out" in our services each week as He sees fit and we love it when He does!!.

Since that time, Dave and Donna have been compelled to see the Body of Christ renewed in their passion and fervency for the Lord.  There must be an Awakening in the Church of Jesus in America...there must be a renewed understanding for the believer's need for the Precious Holy Spirit and moving in the anointing Jesus us gave every believer to accomplish His mandate on the earth.   Many have come into relationship with Jesus and met Him at the cross, but don't know that there is so much MORE!  That is one of their main goals; to equip and expose Believers to the MORE that God has for them.  Lots of churches know how to "catch fish" but don't know how to clean and equip them for their call as a believer.  We have to "catch" fish for the Kingdom of God and Train and Equip them to do the same.  That is one of Pastor Dave and Donna's main purposes.  Passion and Fire is an environment for growth, equipping and release.

They have been on that journey ever since those early days of renewal.  Their desire is to impact their region with an infectious love for the Lord Jesus and see others "catch" this same love and intimacy with the Lord.  In so doing, bondages are broken and believers begin to find their place in the Body of Christ as effective believers.

They want to see God's people enter into His fullness, freed from religious bondage that keeps them from celebrating His goodness and maturing into effective leaders.  

Liberty in worship in the assembly and in private is a primary value to Dave and Donna and they encourage freedom of expression in worship to those who come to Passion and Fire.  The Lord wants to restore the Tabernacle of David in His church, and lead people into freedom and true relationship with Himself. He wants to teach them His ways and help His Body learn to walk in the Spirit. This is the Kelly's heart for God's people.  One of Dave and Donna's goals is to see believers mature by growing-up in the Lord in all things to become effective ministers themselves so that the ministry is multiplied and the believers do the work of the ministry as instructed in Ephesians 4:11-15.  

They have had the wonderful privilege of watching many lives impacted by the transforming power of God!  It has always concerned them if believers are not being transformed and progressively being delivered from the old man.  The Presence of God through the working of the Holy Spirit and the Power of the Word will change lives every-time.  They never fail to be amazed at the testimonies of those who have had their lives changed dramatically by encountering the manifest Presence of God.  

Dave and Donna have often made the following statements: 

"We are here to provide a platform for the Holy Spirit to do His work in His Church amongst His people."  Just like Ray Kinsella stated in the movie, "The Field of Dreams," when Shoeless Joe asked him if he could return to the baseball field that Ray had built...  "Yes, I built this for you.  You are welcome here anytime!"  And...Passion and Fire Worship Center exists for the Lord to bring His star players here...every one of YOU! Shoeless Joe replied, "There are others you know."  Ray replied, "Yes, they are all welcome here."  That is Dave and Donna's heart toward the Holy Spirit, Revival, Awakening, Hungry Believers and those who function in the office gifts, such as the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher.  They are all welcome here...In this atmosphere, believers will have a place to mature and lives will be changed forever and people will most definitely come!


Dave and Dave served their previous pastors as, Associate Pastors, Small Group Leaders, Intercessory Prayer Leaders, Seminar Teachers and Ministry Team Coordinators in the Cincinnati region.  Donna served on staff with Fellowship Christian Church as secretary, on the west side of Cincinnati in the late 80's, The Vineyard Community Church as Secretary/Receptionist,  in Springdale, OH, in the early 90's, and Crosspoint Church as Administrative Assistant, in West Chester, OH, in the mid-90's.  David Kelly was involved in professional business, business ministry, assisted with Nora Lamb's ministry banquets and both Dave and Donna worked closely with two area pastors who were planting churches in the 90's. They also served on prayer and deliverance teams at Heritage Fellowship in Florence, KY.  After having walked closely with several area pastors, the Lord stirred their hearts to plant a church in the West Chester/ Mason area of Ohio, which today is Passion and Fire Worship Center.  David and Donna Kelly were ordained through MorningStar Ministries and members of the MFM fellowship for nine and a half  years.  David and Donna Kelly were both re-ordained on July 4, 2007 through Revival Ministries International (RMI) in Tampa Florida at The River Church, and are members of Revival Ministries International Ministers Association, (RMIMA).  

Passion and Fire Worship Center is in its tenth year as a congregation, and the Lord continues to be faithful to visit us with His Manifest Presence and Fire of the Holy Spirit.    

Pastors David and Donna are convinced that as believers get hungry for more of God, ask the Holy Spirit to fill them with the Fresh Fire of God, spend time in prayer and the Word and give themselves away through ministry, prayer, healing, and evangelistic outreach, their lives will be changed, others lives will be changed, callings will be made manifest, healings will take place and believers will never be the same again!  

When we make room for the Holy Ghost, effective ministry breaks out everywhere! The Fire of God will fill you, anoint you and send you to the harvest!  Our purpose and vision is to:: "renew hearts, restore vision, revive passion and see a Great Awakening of God's Spirit shake our region and nation." 
 
Pastors David and Donna Kelly reside in West Chester, Ohio and have been married since December 1993.  They have six kitty cats named, Destiny, Dawn, Daniel, Joshua, Caleb and Judah!
